Job Description
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Functional skills. Your expertise should include troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of Oracle PeopleSoft applications & financial reporting. It is important that you have a strong Knowledge of PeopleSoft NVision, PS Query & SQL, and a solid accounting background. You will be expected to have experience in writing Business Requirements, Fit Gap Analysis, and Functional Design documents. Additionally, excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues raised by users related to PeopleSoft functionality and providing timely solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of business processes to identify and document functional requirements for PeopleSoft modules like GL, AP, AM, AR, eProcurement, and Purchasing. Configuring new business units, customizing PeopleSoft application settings and parameters, creating functional specifications, performing testing and quality assurance, developing training materials and sessions for end users, supporting change management, and collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers are also important aspects of this role.,
