Job Description

As a Senior PeopleSoft Developer, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Development & Customization: - Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft components using PeopleTools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, etc. - Customize delivered modules and build new functionality while following best practices. - Develop and maintain Application Engine programs, reports, and interfaces. - Integration & Interfaces: - Create and support integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems using tools like Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and other technologies. - Troubleshoot and optimize interface performance. - System Analysis & Support: - Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions. - Analyze and resolve production issues with minimal disruption to operations. - Provide technical support during testing cycles and deployment. - Best Practices & Documentation: - Adhere to coding standards, version control, and migration procedures. - Create and maintain technical documentation for developed objects and processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of PeopleSoft technical experience, specifically in PS Finance. - Advanced expertise with PeopleTools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Query, and BI Publisher. - Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, security, and workflow. - Proven experience in supporting upgrades, patches, and customizations. - Proficiency in SQL relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, including performance tuning. - Experience with integration technologies like REST, SOAP, APIs, and flat-files. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both functional and technical stakeholders.,
