Job Description

As a Director of Process Excellence for Employee Experience Services within Cognizant Intuitive Operations and Automation practice, your role involves leading initiatives to optimize business processes using advanced automation techniques to enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business process monitoring systems to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices. Your expertise in the Business Process Framework (BPF) will be crucial in streamlining workflows and improving productivity across departments. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive business process models that accurately reflect organizational goals and facilitate decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead initiatives to optimize business processes using advanced automation techniques - Oversee the implementation of business process monitoring systems - Provide expertise in the Business Process Framework (BPF) - Develop comprehensive business process models - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement - Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions - Implement decision optimization and simulation models - Ensure alignment of business processes with the company's strategic objectives - Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders - Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments - Drive the adoption of best practices in business process management - Utilize data analytics to provide insights into process performance - Support the development of policies and procedures for efficient business operations Qualifications: - Extensive experience in automation and business process monitoring - Proficiency in Business Process Framework (BPF) - Strong skills in business process modeling - Experience in decision optimization and simulation work - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Expertise in data analytics is a plus Certifications Required: - Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) - Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced Professional (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
