Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, you will be joining a team of engineers, scientists, and architects dedicated to helping innovative companies unleash their potential. As a Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in performing fatigue and damage tolerance analysis on aircraft structures using advanced simulation tools. Your work will contribute to ensuring the safety and reliability of primary and secondary aircraft components. Key Responsibilities: - Perform 1D, 2D, and 3D modeling using Hypermesh. - Conduct linear, non-linear, and thermal analysis. - Apply hand calculations for structural validation. - Utilize ISAMI for fatigue and damage tolerance assessments. - Work with FEA tools such as Nastran and Abaqus for simulation. - Prepare and review stress and certification reports. - Collaborate with design teams to propose engineering solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech). - 4-6 years of experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis. - Strong knowledge of FEA and aircraft structural components. - Proficiency in ISAMI, Patran, Hypermesh, Nastran, Abaqus, CATIA, and Excel. - Familiarity with scripting tools like Python and tcl/tk. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,
