Job Description

    In the role of Assistant Manager-Financial Planning & Analysis at Genpact, you will be a key support to the Finance, FP&A team. Your responsibilities will include managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing key performance indicators related to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin. Your contribution will be vital to achieving the company's objectives of revenue growth and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze financial statements to determine monthly revenue and expenses - Generate revenue reports and financial statements - Assist in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, closings, and reconciliations - Provide financial expertise to management for revenue improvements and cost reduction - Develop internal controls to support financial analysis and reporting - Timely communication and proactiveness to resolve issues and close gaps - Prepare ad-hoc reports as required - Showcase a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment - Collaborate with higher bands and demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills - Be prepared for extended hours during monthly and quarterly closings in a hybrid work model Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications: - M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree with a strong academic record - Relevant work experience in Finance with good communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in Finance functions - Strong knowledge of Financial Instruments - Proficiency in Excel and Excel Formulas - Good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills - Ability to analyze data, perform report comparisons, and conduct variance analysis - Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in written English with a neutral English accent - Flexible schedule availability - Additional advantage: VBA/Power BI/Tableau/Basic Python coding skills Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a workforce of over 125,000 people across 30+ countries.
