Job Description
- **Job Description:** As a Lead Consultant - Python Support at Genpact, you will primarily be responsible for supporting and enhancing web applications. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining AI models using Python and relevant AI/ML libraries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes and outcomes. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting exploratory data analysis, building and maintaining data pipelines, and developing machine learning algorithms for various AI applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and maintain AI models using Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Design and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes and outcomes. - Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns. - Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility. - Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, natural language processing, and other AI applications. - Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and reports. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate new techniques and tools into existing workflows. **Qualifications Required:** **Minimum Qualifications / Skills:** - B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent. **Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:** - Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Good knowledge and work experience of Oracle Database, SQL. - Experience with Maven, GIT, HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript. - Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact, and maintain a strong customer focus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Flexible to work in shifts on a rotation basis. - Willingness and ability to multi-task. - Willingness to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies. - Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools. - Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.,
