Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Azure Stack HUB Maintenance: Install, support, and maintain Azure Stack HUB hotfixes and upgrades.
• Project Work: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the Azure Stack HUB and expanding the Azure Web Services footprint. This includes tasks such as implementing platform improvements.
• Monitoring Solutions: maintain and upgrade monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• ServiceNow Incident Management: Monitor the team's ServiceNow incident queue daily to ensure timely response and resolution of customer-reported issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Azure Administration: Over 4 years of hands-on experience managing Azure environments, including key services such as App Service, Key Vault, Storage, Disaster Recovery, and networking components like VNets, Subnets, and Private Endpoints.

System Administration: 4+ years of experience administering Windows-based systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security across enterprise environments.

Scripting & Automation: More than 4 years of practical experience automating tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Perl, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual overhead.

Troubleshooting: Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving application and database connectivity issues, with over 4 years of experience in day-to-day troubleshooting across complex systems.

Nice To Have Skills

Certifications: Microsoft AZ-104, AZ-305.

Infrastructure-as-Code: Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

Application Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Skilled in proactive application monitoring and issue resolution to ensure system reliability and performance with Grafana.

Azure Stack Hub: Experience supporting Azure Stack HUB or Azure Local.
