Job Summary:

Looking for a Junior Helpdesk Technical Agent having around 3 to 5 yrs of experience in helpdesk roles.

• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and common hardware components.
• Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow
• Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).,
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Assist in setting up new users systems (laptops, desktops, email accounts, etc.).
• Install and configure software applications and updates.
• Maintain an accurate log of support requests and resolutions.
• Ability to work independently with little direction and supervision
• Superior interpersonal skills, strong adaptability skill, and superior verbal and writing communication skills.
