Job Description
- Contract Intelligence & Domain Understanding Review and interpret contracts, extracting key data using AI tools and manual checks
- Apply legal knowledge to improve contract data accuracy
- Define and refine labeling guidelines for contract datasets
- AI Engine Collaboration Partner with AI teams to train, test, and optimize language models
- Translate business and compliance needs into AI training instructions
- Share actionable feedback to improve accuracy and reliability
- Product Ownership & Development Support Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on AE and contract solutions
- Suggest new features and enhancements based on user and client needs
- Support feature testing and create user documentation
- Client Engagement & Stakeholder Communication Represent domain expertise in client discussions and demos
- Convert client needs into functional requirements and ensure delivery
- Support client onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Quality Control & Reporting Review data and AI outputs to ensure compliance and high quality
- Create reports/dashboards to track progress, highlight issues, and drive improvements
- Maintain process documentation and version control for models
- Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table AI & Contract Tools: Experience with contract review software and AI-based extraction tools
- Risk Management: Strong understanding of contractual risks in service agreements, delivery terms, and compliance obligations
- Problem Solving: Ability to interpret legal language and derive actionable insights using AI outputs
- Communication: Clear, professional communicator across clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Teamwork: Collaborative, adaptable, and experienced in working across multiple client engagements
- Advisory Mindset: Ability to link contract insights to business outcomes and provide actionable recommendation
