Role Name : BI Program Manager

Total Exp : 13 years

Location : Bangalore

Job Description :

13 years of BI experience with at multiple end to end large programs execution (both AM & AD programs)

Should have managed portfolio of large teams (50 TMs) across Development and Support projects in onshore offshore delivery model

Should have anchored in BI presales activities

Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Strong technical expertise in one ETL tool (preferably Informatica , Teradata) , one reporting tool (Tableau or OBIEE) & one Data base (preferably Greenplum or Teradata)

Should have atleast 1 year onshore experience working directly with client / users

Hands on in estimation , planning & tracking skills

Hands on experience in leveraging project management tools like MPP , Rally etc.

Participation and good coordination skills for project life cycle activities , Agile / Waterfall experience , estimation & proposal delivery

Champion in coordination with Client and other delivery stakeholders

Champion in Automation incubation in delivery

Being measured and Delivery Growth and Quality

Readiness for short - term travel

Awareness

Of Devops , Agile and other latest Methods

Other BI Niche skills in Bigdata / Analytics etc
