Job Description
Position: Solution Architect / Technical Specialist - UI FullStack
What is in it for you?
As a Solution Architect - UI FullStack you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Architect and design scalable, responsive, and high-performance full-stack applications
- Lead the development of modern UI frameworks and reusable component libraries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture strategies, and solution roadmaps
- Guide teams in implementing best practices for front-end and back-end development
- Drive modernization initiatives including migration to microservices and cloud-native platforms
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, technical proposals, and client presentations
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE / BTech preferred
- Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Solid experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET Core, or Java Spring Boot
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Good to have Skills: -
- Experience if design systems (e.g. Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to serverless architectures and headless CMS platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with cloud-native development and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates)
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in front-end applications (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines)
