Overview

We are seeking a Admin & Office Executive to join the Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd. team, operating under the Critical Start umbrella, for our India operations. This person will support the day-to-day operations of our Pune facility. This role includes office administration, vendor coordination, employee support, and assisting the Site Leader with facility-related matters. The position is well-suited for an organized and resourceful professional who is eager to grow in administration and office management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office and facility operations, including maintenance, seating, supplies, and housekeeping.
  • Manage vendors and procurement activities, and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics while addressing administrative queries.
  • Assist with organizing internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records such as visitor logs, registers, keys, parking, and welcome kit inventory.
  • Provide administrative support and reporting to the Site Leader and HR as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Handle all tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.

  • This is an in-office role based in Pune with an expectation of working onsite 5 days a week.
  • 24 years of experience in office administration and facility management.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing office operations for small-to-mid-sized teams (50100 employees).
  • Flexible, dependable, and approachable, with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Residence in or near BanerBalewadi preferred.
