Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Market Research Analyst to support our IT product development team. The role involves researching market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies in the Indian IT industry, and providing insights to guide product innovation and market entry strategies.
About the Role
Were building IT products for the next wave of digital transformation in India, and we need someone who can tell us what the market really wants. Your job is to dig into customer needs, study what competitors are doing, and bring insights that will shape our product roadmap. If you love analyzing trends, talking to users, and turning data into strategy, this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Research IT product trends in India (SaaS, AI, cloud, fintech, cybersecurity).
- Talk to customers, run surveys, and capture feedback to spot unmet needs.
- Track competitors their features, pricing, and go-to-market playbooks.
- Work with Product Managers to decide what we should build next.
- Suggest pricing and packaging that make sense for Indian businesses.
- Present findings in simple, clear reports for the team and leadership.
What Were Looking For
- 2-7yrs years experience in market research / product analysis / business research (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
- Good understanding of Indias IT ecosystem and how SMBs/enterprises adopt technology.
- Comfort with data surveys, analytics, reports.
- Strong communication ability to talk to customers and explain findings to non-research folks.
- Curiosity + problem-solving mindset.
