Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Market Research Analyst who can spot the next big opportunity in global IT markets.
You'll study how technology products are evolving across regions, track global competitors and startups, and provide actionable insights to guide our international product strategy and innovation roadmap.

This role suits someone who enjoys turning complex market data into clear stories and briefing top management with concise insights every day.

About the Role

Youll act as the eyes and ears of our company in the global tech world.
Your job is to research whats happening across SaaS, AI, cloud, fintech, and cybersecurity markets identify new ideas, track innovative startups, and summarize insights that guide our product roadmap.

Youll work closely with Product Managers and Strategy teams to help answer questions like:

• What new IT products are trending globally?
  
• What customer problems are startups solving in each region?
  
• Which features and pricing models are winning internationally?

Key Responsibilities

• Research global IT product trends and emerging startups across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
  
• Track competitor products, launches, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing market news, innovations, and opportunities.
  
• Conduct online research using tools like Crunchbase, ProductHunt, Statista, or LinkedIn.
  
• Support Product Managers with insights that shape new product concepts.
  
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, surveys, or industry data to identify unmet needs.
  
• Maintain a dashboard or tracker of ongoing market movements and potential product ideas.
  
• Present findings in clear, simple formats slides, short reports, or infographics.
