Bilingual AWS Architect @ Mindpec Solutions

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

l Lead cloud-native AWS architecture and migration initiatives, especially from on-prem to AWS.

l Design infrastructure, network, identity, security, and high-availability architectures on AWS.

l Define and implement deployment architectures using native AWS services (VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.).

l Assist in the creation of Landing Zones, Control Tower, and Well-Architected Framework reviews.

l Work closely with Japanese clients to gather requirements and translate them into AWS architecture designs.

l Collaborate with global/offshore teams for successful execution and delivery.

l Provide architectural consulting to internal BUs on cloud modernization and operations.

Must-Haves:

l 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in AWS architecture and delivery.

l Hands-on experience in on-prem to cloud migration using AWS services.

l Strong in cloud-native infrastructure design networking, compute, IAM, security, storage.

l Familiar with AWS Well-Architected Framework, high availability, and cost optimization.

l Designed and deployed secure, production-grade cloud-native workloads in Japan Government Cloud using only ISMAP-certified AWS services.

l

Nice-to-Haves:

l AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional

l Exposure to public/govt. sector projects.

l Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK

l Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD on AWS, container orchestration (ECS, EKS)

l Awareness of cost optimization, monitoring, logging, and governance frameworks

l Prior exposure to regulated industries (finance, retail, manufacturing, etc.)
