Job Description
Leadership Opportunity: Associate Director QA (Manual Testing Focus) - DataFlow Group
The DataFlow Group is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Associate Director QA to join our team in Bangalore.
This is a critical leadership role for a visionary who can define the future of our quality practice. We require a leader with 20+ years of experience, demonstrating exceptional strength in Manual Testing excellence, paired with deep expertise in modern automation architecture.
We are looking for a Leader who will:
1. Define & Govern the QA Strategy:
Own the end-to-end quality assurance strategy, encompassing functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing.
Implement a robust governance framework to ensure test traceability, coverage, and quality control.
2. Architect the CI/CD Pipeline:
Design and implement the testing architecture within our CI/CD pipeline to support automated build, test, and deployment cycles.
Establish "Shift-Left" practices to ensure early defect detection and greater efficiency across the SDLC.
Drive the tool strategy for frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, and Jenkins.
3. Drive Team & Culture:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of test engineers, automation specialists, and manual testers.
Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and proactive risk identification.
Collaborate closely with Product Engineering and Business Operations to align on delivery goals.
Experience Required:
20+ years in Quality Assurance leadership.
Demonstrated expertise in both strategic Manual Testing and designing scalable test automation frameworks.
