Trainee Process Consultant (Technical Support)

Position Summary

Technical support executives are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers from the US regarding a variety of broadband/OS-related queries. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide technical support, and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

 Shift timings- 

4:30pm to 1:30am

5:30pm to 2:30am

6:30 pm to 3:30am

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
  • Determines requirements by working with customers
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

Education & Experience

  • Under Graduates/Graduates
  • Fresher

Desired Skills and Abilities

    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Basic Telephone Etiquettes
  • MS Office
  • Basic System Navigation Skills
  • Customer Focus and Being Attentive
  • Troubleshooting
  • Good reasoning and analytical skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to comprehend customer requirements well.
  • Good understanding of ISP.

Criteria

  • Willing to work in Rotational shifts
  • 5 days work/2 rotational weekly offs
  • Transport facility provided

Desired qualifications: 10+2 or 10+2+3 or 10+2+4

Desired years of experience: Fresher

Ready to Join Immediately!!!

Willing to work in rotational shifts

5 Days working, 2 Days split off weekly

2-way transportation

Desired Skills and Abilities:

Good communication

Good Analytical Skills

Location: Gold Hill Square, 6th floor, Hosur main road, Bommanahalli, Bangalore 560 076 and any other work locations of HGS India as applicable.
