Job Description
For OpenText, expected end to end support, like but not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and support multiple existing workflows, live reports, web reports, in OpenText Content Server, scan profiles, OCC profiles.
- Work with Project teams to design and develop solutions related to OpenText Content server application.
- End user support through L2 and L3 incidents. Optimize Content Server related configurations.
- Develop and maintenance web-reports, live reports, workflows, workspaces, categories, appearances etc.
- Daily monitoring activities to grant application availability, stability
- Windows maintenance, patch application, enhancements implementation, services restart etc.
- Support change management and conduct end user training
- Application of fixes for security vulnerabilities.
- Renewal of Quality assurance certifications for the applications (Legal, TCC, Security, data privacy)
- Execution of drill IT exercises (Tabletops, disaster recovery, HA)
- Support and implement fixes/enhancements to the reports built in SSR reporting services.
- Support custom .net application for integration of 3rd party applications with content server
- Support REST AP/SOAPI integrations with CS
- Problem management and RCA and fixes for mayor and repetitive incidents
- SSL certificates renewal (annually)
- System users passwords renewal (Each 3 months)
- OCC profiles support
- Troubleshoot and support multiple existing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and backend stored procedures, functions, and views to retrieve data from OpenText Content Serve.
- Optimize Content Server schema related SQL statements, views, and stored procedures to help improve query and report performance
- Support bulk tools that use Object importer /exporter
- support of OpenText Extended ECM for SAP module
