Job Description
Role: Senior Python Developer
Experience: 7+years
Location: Bangalore, India
WFO
USA Shift 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
Role & responsibilities
In this role, We are looking for an experienced Python developer with 710 years of experience, specializing in prompt engineering, large language models (LLM) through AWS, and complex automation projects.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to develop innovative solutions that enhance our data processing capabilities and drive efficiency across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Python Deployment:
o Excellent hands-on experience in Python, including proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, CV, and re.
o Experience extracting data from unstructured sources like editable PDFs, scanned PDFs, images, XML, SGML, and text files.
o Knowledge of computer vision methodologies is essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess good knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
o Skilled in writing effective and scalable Python scripts and capable of debugging or re-engineering applications to ensure low latency.
Prompt Engineering & LLM: Very good hands on experience on building effective prompt to optimize interactions with various gen AI / LLM models, ensuring high-quality outputs. Have experience of making LLM API calls through AWS services, especially knowledge on Anthropic (Claude) 3+ Sonnet LLM through AWS Bedrock. And also having knowledge of using of GPT4+ through Azure.
Complex automation projects: Lead and execute complex automation projects, improving data accuracy and streamlining workflows. Good hold on debugging and validation.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including code comments, user guides, and technical specifications.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for cloud architecture that align with business goals and objectives.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in cloud architecture and gen AI implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience: 710 years of proven experience as a Python developer with a focus on prompt engineering and LLM using AWS.
Technical skills:
o Proficiency in Python programming
o Experience with gen AI models and prompt engineering
o Strong understanding of AWS services and deployment practices
o Expertise in complex automation techniques
Soft skills:
o Excellent problem-solving abilities
o Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Familiarity with other programming languages like JavaScript or R
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
