Skill: SAP MM/WM Consultant AMS Support & S/4HANA Migration

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules.
• Manage incident resolution, service requests, and change management within SLA timelines.
• Support S/4HANA migration projects, including data validation, functional testing, and cutover activities.
• Integration Experience with CEVA, Geodis, KTN, GXO Wear house 3PL logistics system with SAP.
• Configure and optimize procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes in SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SD, PP, and FI modules.
• Document functional specifications and conduct unit testing, UAT, and end-user training.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM modules.
• Proven expertise in AMS support and ticket lifecycle management.
• Exposure to S/4HANA migration projects and understanding of simplification items.
• Familiarity with AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) module is a plus.
• Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, and third-party logistics integration.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP certification in MM/WM or S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or manufacturing domains preferred.
