Application Specialist

Functional Area : Technical Service

Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc. + DMLT

Work Location : Kochi - Kerala

• Conduct training to FLSP on analysers

• Carry out demonstration on products (instruments, reagents and services)

• Trouble shoot both reagents and instruments problems

• Training to customers on our products and services

• Carry out refresher trainings periodically to Field staff /customers

• Joint working with filed staff

• Carry out product promotion activities for reagents, controls

• Provide technical inputs to sales team

• Follow the SOP for training protocols

• Collect training certificate in 1st week

• Evaluate training conducted with the customers

• Put efforts to covert demos into orders

• Giving customers ready reckon during trainings

• Spend quality time with customers to avoid frequent visits

• Provide feedback on quality complaints and facilitate for replacements

• Continuous learning and upgrade on product knowledge and features.
