Job Title: SailPoint Developer
Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary:
We are seeking experienced Developers, Technical Leads, and Architects specializing in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and IdentityIQ (IIQ) platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, configuring, and deploying identity security solutions that align with business and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design, configure, and customize SailPoint IDN/IIQ to meet enterprise identity management needs.
2. Develop and implement solutions for user provisioning, access certification, role management, and policy enforcement.
3. Work with Virtual Appliance (VA) concepts, Identity Profiles, and Cloud Rules for scalable identity management.
4. Develop and manage Transformation Rules, perform migrations, and handle deployment processes.
5. Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise systems (on-premise and cloud) and troubleshoot configuration or performance issues.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth identity lifecycle management and governance.
7. Participate in defining technical standards, security policies, and best practices related to identity management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow (IDN).
• Strong knowledge of Java, Beanshell, XML, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts provisioning, workflows, connectors, and compliance certifications.
• Experience with integration of SailPoint with HR systems, directories, and target applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
