US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Jr. to Senior Level - Onsite Hyderabad) -

Location: 4th Floor, Jyothi Imperial, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Timings: 06:30 PM IST 03:30 AM IST (EST) | Onsite only (No Remote)


Fluent English mandatory (no broken or casual English).


Female local candidates preferred for Sr. Role (not mandatory). Fluency in English is mandatory.

Number of Openings:

  • Jr. to Mid Level: 10 Openings
  • Sr. Level: 3-4 Openings.

Sr. Level candidates: Manage a team of 6-8 Freshers/Jr. Level bench sales recruiters, drive their results, and achieve personal targets as well. This role is offered with a base salary plus higher earnings from commissions and incentives.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle bench sales recruitment for US clients (H1 Transfer, OPT, CPT, F1, L1, GC, and US Citizens).
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sr. Bench Sales Person with the ability to lead junior team members and freshers, while working independently to achieve personal targets.
  • Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
  • Source and submit resumes via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, and other job boards.
  • Communicate daily with consultants regarding submissions and interview updates.
  • Schedule interviews with Tier-1 vendors/end clients and track all submissions.
  • Negotiate rates, prepare candidates for interviews, and manage contracts (NCA/NDA/Addendum).
  • Generate new client leads through cold calling and business development.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
  • Keep consultants informed about vendor calls and end-client interview schedules.
  • Coordinate with the team on client submissions to prevent duplications.
  • Track submissions and conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Work exclusively with genuine visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD etc); no fake visas.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate (BBA/BCOM/MBA preferred).
  • Freshers can apply if they have real fluent English.
  • Go-getter attitude with long-term commitment.
  • Immediate joining only (no 3-4 weeks notice).
