Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital experiences on the AEM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in AEM components, templates, workflows, integrations, and front-end development, with a solid understanding of CMS best practices and web application development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Build reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.

Integrate AEM with external applications and third-party systems (APIs, DAM, CRM, etc.).

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Implement AEM authoring best practices to create a seamless content management experience.

Optimize AEM sites for performance, scalability, and security.

Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for AEM applications.

Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Stay updated with the latest AEM features and Adobe Cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x/Cloud Service).

Proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository).

Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular (preferred).

Experience with AEM workflows, permissions, and user management.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.

Familiarity with Maven/Gradle for build and deployment.

Proficiency with version control systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
