Job Description
Job Role: Lead - AIML DS/ GEN AI Developer
Years of Experience: 6-10 years
Preferred Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Shift Timing (IST): General shifts
Description
Primary Responsibilities:
o Utilize solid development skills in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js.
o Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions
o Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models for performance and scalability
o Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
o Own technology decisions and solutions for business problems
o Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML techniques and tools, and identify opportunities to apply them to enhance existing solutions
o Work on the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including data preparation, model development, tuning, and deployment
o Manage multiple AI/ML projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
o Monitor quality of project and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical insights
o Present project updates, results, and recommendations to senior management
o Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications
o Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
o Analyzes and investigates
o Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
o 7+ years of experience in software development
o 3+ years of experience delivering solutions with a focus on AI/ML
o Hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projects
o Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
o Experience with deploying AI/ML models in production environments using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
o Solid background in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js.
o Experience with cloud platforms AI Stacks like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI is a plus
o Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
o Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
o Solid programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, numpy, and SQL
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
o Robust data engineering skills in EDA, building and maintaining AI/ML data pipelines
o Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualification:
Certifications in the field of AI/ML
