Design and implement effective recruiting strategies
Develop & update job descriptions and specifications
Source and recruit candidates via portals, social media & databases
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify the right talent
Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration
Build strong candidate relationships and act as a trusted contact
Prepare recruitment reports and ensure best HR practices.
Good to have experience in IT Infra recruitment.
