Job Description
Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Expert in SAP FSRI (Financial Services Reinsurance) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep reinsurance domain expertise along with strong hands-on experience in the SAP FSRI solution. This role will lead the end-to-end implementation, act as the key liaison between business and technical teams and ensure the successful deployment and support of the FSRI solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP FSRI, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure FSRI modules such as contract management, revenue recognition, and ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO and other relevant modules.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and integration teams to maintain system performance and efficient data flow.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to drive successful adoption.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
- Prepare high-quality documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in SAP FSRI implementation and support.
- Strong reinsurance domain knowledge with a clear understanding of business processes.
- Hands-on experience in FSRI configuration and integration with SAP FI/CO.
- Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity, bridging business and IT requirements.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional SAP teams (Basis, ABAP, Integration).
- Strong skills in documentation, training, and UAT management.
- Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality solutions.
