We are seeking a talented Software Engineer passionate about technology and innovation to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop enterprise level applications. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of delivering high-quality software and is eager to explore or expand their expertise in Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-driven solutions to support application reliability, monitoring, and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions
• Research and integrate Generative AI technologies into our engineering workflows
• Stay current on advancements in Generative AI, performance engineering, and software testing methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ Years of experience with Python, Java, or similar
• 3+ Years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (Agile)
• 2+ years of Test-Driven Development (Pytest, PyUnit/Unittest, JUnit, Spock, etc.)
• 1+ Years of experience with REST based APIs
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with performance testing tools like Gatling, JMeter, or Locust
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with fronted technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React)
• Experience with Public Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana)
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies/concepts, such as LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel), or internal tools (MCP).
