Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Vlocity (Industries) platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce CRM, Vlocity Industry processes (Communications, Insurance, Health, etc.), and OmniStudio tools to deliver high-quality, industry-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure Salesforce Vlocity (Industries) applications, including OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and Vlocity Data Model.
Customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL as needed.
Design and implement industry-specific data models, product catalogs, and CPQ configurations.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.
Ensure best practices in data security, performance optimization, and scalability within Salesforce/Vlocity environments.
Participate in code reviews, testing (unit, system, UAT), and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and Vlocity applications.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Vlocity releases and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
26+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 13 years in Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).
Strong experience with OmniStudio tools: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.
Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment tools (CI/CD, Git).
Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare, Energy, etc.) processes and best practices.
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Product Catalog, Pricing Rules, Order Management is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer
Salesforce Administrator or App Builder
