Job Description:
Role purpose: To play a pivotal role and act as a bridge between the sourcing and contract management team, coordinate system related changes and tool implementation/ integration in each SCM subarea. To work closely with process excellence Process Owner and sourcing and contracts process leads. To initiate and execute process improvements projects, coordinate delivery and act as a liaison for service delivery and VPC.
Will be responsible for supporting the execution of the S2C Analytics requirements as per the roadmap. Should also liaison with internal analytics team and share requirement for building dashboard for S2C area. Targets through identifying improvement opportunities, providing in depth process expertise and analysis of the end-to-end process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drives functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, guidelines, training, and implementation of Sourcing process globally.
- Proactive approach in identifying the process gap, operation gap, data, and process related quality issues, highlight to process owner and responsible to drive controls with respective audience to avoid any future risk and compliance issue.
- Manage and drive the solution of Sourcing risk and compliance, manage the Internal/external audit requirements.
- Input ideas for improvements and provide operational post go-live support for process changes.
- Responsible to prepare/update SOPs, guideline for end users, process document, global Sourcing guideline for end users of various departments, markets, VPC and _VOIS
- Support the Global Process owner/ Lead/ VOIS teams in managing a global community of stakeholders through the Process OpCom (or similar virtual team created from the functional experts in the SSC, across Local Market Fin Ops and EVO teams)
- Communicates into Supply Chain wider community and supports regarding Sourcing Processes & Systems.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- SCM process and tool knowledge, expert E2E knowledge of SCM Sourcing function with focus on workflow management
- Experience in working in SCM operations and projects

- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills

- Good knowledge of Sourcing and Contracting tool and processes.

- Power BI, MS Excel, PPT skills.

- SAC knowledge
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Data analytics certifications.
