Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Write, edit and update content for product pages, blog posts, campaign assets and support for thought leadership materials, using traditional methods and AI (Co-Pilot and Writer.com)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, business goals and compliance standards
  • Support foundational content development, including evergreen messaging, FAQs and technical documentation
  • Assist in campaign execution by drafting emails, social media posts, blog posts and other promotional materials
  • Create sales enablement materials for the AIM growth office
  • Build a community program for social and forum posting, and assist with a thought leadership program for upper-level management on social media
  • Maintain editorial calendar and contribute to planning discussions for upcoming initiatives
  • Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Track content performance metrics and recommend optimizations based on data insights
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting or digital marketing
  • Proven solid writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail (some AI experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing or healthcare-related content
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices
  • Familiarity with writing for a developer, healthcare technology audience
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing tools (Workfront, Marketo or similar)
  • Demonstrated collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
