Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
