Job Description
- Budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of expense line items and headcount
- Gather and analyze data to solve problems and evaluate scenarios to make predictions on future outcomes and support decision-making
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Ability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
- Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to complex data analysis
- Develop comprehensive financial and analytical models to support executive decision-making, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes
- Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
About the Role:
- Must have working knowledge of finance, accounting, and business analysis.
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience as a planner in previous roles.
- We require someone who is well skilled with Excel and reporting tools.
- Workday tool knowledge is an added advantage.
- Passion for analysis, modeling, and business partnerships with strong communication skills.
