Budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of expense line items and headcount

Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Ability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to complex data analysis
Develop comprehensive financial and analytical models to support executive decision-making, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes
Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
About the Role:
Must have working knowledge of finance, accounting, and business analysis.
Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience as a planner in previous roles.
We require someone who is well skilled with Excel and reporting tools.
Workday tool knowledge is an added advantage.
Passion for analysis, modeling, and business partnerships with strong communication skills.
