Job Roll and Responsibilities

  • Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Appointing and handling new distributors in respective cities & upcountry area
  • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
  • Responsible for generating revenue through these Distributors
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives and sales officers
  • Conducting surveys
  • Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to RSM
  • Preparing MIS of daily sales and revenue generated
Prior Experience in Distributor Appointment
Must be aware of Local Market
