Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
Appointing and handling new distributors in respective cities & upcountry area
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
Responsible for generating revenue through these Distributors
Allocating areas to sales representatives and sales officers
Conducting surveys
Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to RSM
Preparing MIS of daily sales and revenue generated
Prior Experience in Distributor Appointment Must be aware of Local Market Team Handling Team Appointment MIS Sales Planning
