Job Description :


Primary Responsibilities :

- Should be working on L2/L3 support and also have strong Coding.

- Create and develop application monitoring solutions to enhance application availability and performance on production

- Ensure on time delivery of all assigned tasks - incidents, problem tickets, work order, etc.

- Adhere to the defined support delivery process/guidelines like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity, and other application goals, etc.

- Participate in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, code review and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, REF process, Coding, unit testing, end to end testing of respective deliverables


- Develop/propose innovative approaches on performance optimization, code optimization, process improvements & automation possibilities

- Monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting problems, PLM tasks, providing code fixes and testing

- Conduct root-cause analysis as and when needed and propose corrective action plan

Keywords :
