Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to drive CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) acquisition and growth in the assigned locations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve CASA account opening and growth targets in the assigned territory.
Identify, approach, and convert potential customers for CASA products.
Promote and explain features and benefits of CASA products to individuals and businesses.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and referrals.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
