Mega Walk-in Drive!! Tech Mahindra Noida|| Work from office- Noida Location
Work Mode: Work from office (Noida)
Working Days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational shifts & weekly offs
Interview Process: Walk in drive at the below mentioned address as soon as possible
Highest Qualification: 12th pass, Graduates can also attend the interview.
Salary: up to 23k per month in hand (Depends on interview, skills and experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic support team. You'll handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, providing timely and efficient solutions.
Immediate joiners required
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy. Provide product/service information and support. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
