Job Description
- As a Quality Assurance Test Lead with over 8 years of experience in Automation and API Testing, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in Selenium, TestNG, Java/Python, and Performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to conduct automated testing. - Independently build Selenium frameworks using Java or Python to enhance the testing process. - Demonstrate proficiency in API automation by enabling communication between APIs and transferring inputs between them. - Take ownership of ensuring End to End sanity test environments readiness during SFT/UAT phases. - Lead large testing teams within a Portfolio/Program, showcasing your technical leadership skills. - Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in the automation domain and implement them effectively. - Apply your programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Golang, and Javascript to develop and maintain automated test scripts. - Display a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and testing concepts to contribute effectively to the testing process. - Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software defects efficiently. - Familiarity with SAFe can be advantageous, and problem-solving skills during critical situations are essential. - Have a thorough understanding of test planning activities across different phases of the testing cycle. - Experience in testing applications/APIs hosted in cloud, Containerization, and VM environments is preferred. - Analyze test results, detect defects, and communicate issues to the development team for prompt resolution. - Contribute to enhancing the testing process by identifying areas for automation and optimization. - Collaborate closely with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle. - Keep abreast of the latest advancements in automated testing tools, technologies, and best practices. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive test automation framework. - Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to maintain code quality and ensure maintainability.,
