- As a part of the Data Analytics team at Evalueserve, you will play a crucial role in leveraging state-of-the-art technology and unparalleled subject matter expertise to elevate our clients" business impact and strategic decision-making. With over 4,500 talented professionals operating in more than 45 countries, including India, China, Chile, Romania, the US, and Canada, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including over 30% of Fortune 500 companies. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for: - Demonstrating a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices - Writing performant SQL statements to analyze data using tools like Hive, Impala, or Oracle - Exhibiting excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail - Being self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team environment **Key Responsibilities:** - Holding a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or engineering from a reputed university - Possessing over 10 years of experience in software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices - Having hands-on experience as a delivery manager for multiple projects - Demonstrating the ability to manage and execute competitive pilot programs - Showing extensive knowledge of end-to-end solution development - Having hands-on experience in improving delivery processes and automating leads - Being capable of handling stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors / masters degree in computer science / engineering from a reputed university - 10+ years of experience in software testing methodologies, principles, and best practice - Hands-on experience as a delivery manager for multiple projects - Ability to manage and execute competitive pilot programs - Extensive knowledge of end-to-end solution development - Hands-on experience in improving delivery processes and automating leads - Ability to handle stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies At Evalueserve, we offer a dynamic, growth-oriented, and open culture that values flexible work-life balance, diverse and inclusive teams, and equal opportunities for all.
