Job Description

    In this role at Sprinto, you will be responsible for owning the narrative and driving market impact. As the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling positioning, driving successful go-to-market strategies, and shaping how compliance automation is perceived in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute winning go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Sprinto's platform and new product offerings to accelerate adoption and revenue - Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with multiple buyer personas, from CISOs to startup founders - Build high-impact sales assets such as decks, battle cards, case studies, competitive intelligence, and pitch narratives to empower the revenue teams - Conduct deep competitive research, primary market analysis, and drive category-defining insights to inform product and business strategy - Develop data-backed content and storytelling that elevates Sprinto's brand, positioning it as an authority in compliance automation - Partner with Customer Success to leverage customer wins into marketing stories that reinforce value and drive upsells, expansions, and advocacy - Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to ensure cohesive execution across all marketing and GTM efforts - Build and lead a world-class Product Marketing function that grows alongside Sprinto's rapid market expansion Key Requirements: - 8+ years of relevant PMM experience in B2B SaaS product marketing - Ability to craft compelling narratives and simplify complex topics into clear, engaging messaging - Deep understanding of GTM motions, competitive differentiation, and persona-driven positioning - Strong storytelling skills to turn technical information into powerful marketing content - Data-driven mindset to translate insights into actionable strategies driving pipeline and revenue - Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and scaling high-performing product marketing teams - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Demand Gen, and Customer Success teams About the Company: Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance.
