Job Description
- Role Overview: You will play a key role as a Senior PeopleSoft Developer at Metric5, a company known for providing big company benefits in a small business environment. Your primary responsibilities will include performing analysis, design, coding, and testing for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system. You will be tasked with designing technical solutions that align with business requirements and application architecture, as well as developing PeopleSoft technical solutions using various tools like PeopleTools Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Page and Field Configurator. Additionally, you will provide production support, create technical design specifications, reports, and queries, and collaborate with users and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities: - Perform analysis, design, coding, and testing for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system - Design technical solutions that align with business requirements and application architecture - Develop PeopleSoft technical solutions using tools like PeopleTools Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Page and Field Configurator - Provide production support and create technical design specifications, reports, and queries - Collaborate with users and subject matter experts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or a related field - At least 6 years of development experience with a PeopleSoft system - 2+ years of experience developing PeopleSoft Fluid UI pages - Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies and Jira software - Strong programming skills and a good understanding of relational databases - Experience with Oracle Database platform is preferred - Ability to document defect information accurately Additional Company Details: Metric5 offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $155,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health & dental insurance, vision insurance, life & short-term disability insurance, 401K with company match, paid vacation, parental leave, employee bonuses, and professional development programs.
