Job Description
- As a SAP Concur-Cognos Reporting Specialist at Infosys BPM Ltd, you will be responsible for utilizing Cognos report design capabilities, focusing on Analytics and/or Intelligence. You will manage multiple SAP Concur complex, global, multi-phased implementations, including setting up credit card feeds, validating feed connectivity, and planning & executing credit card related cut-over tasks. Additionally, you will conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by other Implementation/Functional Consultants and implement change requests related to Mileage rate change, VAT Configuration, GL Account change, and Expense type creation. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering presentations to help clients understand product functionality, creating executive summaries to explain functional and financial impacts of issues, managing impacts to other processes and products, prioritizing workload based on feedback from the business, overseeing product update and enhancement lifecycle, participating in requirements review, validation activities, and user acceptance testing, managing functional incidents and service requests through the full lifecycle, providing technical incident, service request, and problem tickets management oversight, ensuring SLA compliance for all workloads, re-prioritizing tickets if necessary, analyzing batch failures/errors, providing findings to the business, advising and assisting L2 resources as needed, conducting analysis of application lifecycle to identify design flaws and process efficiencies, coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, overseeing new employee onboarding, and preparing periodic reports for management to track strategic goal accomplishment. Qualifications required for this role include a preference for BE degree, 5+ years of experience in SAP Concur Implementation and Production Support, experience with SAP functionality in travel management, knowledge of software development lifecycle methods, processes, tools, and best practices, documentation, communication, and presentation skills, ability to work with culturally diverse outsourced on/offshore staff, excellent interpersonal, client service, communication, organizational, and project management skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ability to react appropriately in crisis situations, operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving, and changing environment, and work collaboratively in a global matrix environment. You will play a crucial role in client interactions, product functionality understanding, and ensuring smooth operations of SAP Concur-Cognos reporting processes. Your expertise and skills will contribute to the success of projects and the satisfaction of clients.,
