Job Description
- As a Director in the Life Insurance Domain at Cognizant, you will be an inspiring leader within the global program management community, responsible for managing large-scale, complex, multi-service programs. Your role will involve ensuring delivery objectives, customer satisfaction, and client relationships for successful program delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Establish, execute, and oversee program governance including stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits management, and change management. - Manage delivery estimation and planning across the organization, ensuring tracking/measurement of progress against established metrics. - Provide insights for improvements, drive optimal business value through scope and change management, and support pursuits as required. - Collaborate with Commercial/Account Team to identify business value opportunities for the client. - Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, lead team development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of program management practices. - Own the compliance and adherence to MSA and SOW terms for program activation. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project/program delivery in legacy modernization or digital transformations. - Project/Program training and certifications such as PMI/SAFe 5.0/Prince II. - Experience in delivering complex programs involving teams across multiple geographies with in-depth knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance. - Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, deal solutioning, and contract management. - Ability to manage client stakeholders across IT, VMO, and business, and lead multicultural teams. - Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in portfolio and project management. - MBA or Masters degree strongly preferred; Bachelors degree required.,
