Technical Scrum Master @ Capgemini

Job Description

In this role as a Scrum Master at Capgemini, you will be instrumental in guiding the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices to ensure exceptional results. Your expertise in the Banking/Insurance domain will be pivotal in contributing to the success of leading organizations by unlocking the value of technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team, offering suggestions and recommendations based on your previous experience and industry knowledge - Lead the team and organization in implementing Agile/Scrum practices and values to surpass customer expectations - Aid the team in self-organization to address intentional gaps within the Agile/Scrum frameworks - Showcase proficiency in Scrum frameworks and methodologies **Qualifications Required:** - Possess a minimum of 7 to 12 years of overall IT experience - Have at least 4 years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master - Technical background in technologies like Dotnet, Java, etc. - Hold mandatory Agile certifications such as PSM2, SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, or SAFe Scrum Master - Experience working on Cloud/DevOps projects Capgemini, a global leader in business and technology transformation, is committed to sustainability and diversity.
