Job Description
- As a Senior Design Lead, your main responsibility will be to oversee design verification & validation, PCB Design Tool, and test/interface/uc board design. You will lead the design team, ensure successful verification and validation of designs, effectively utilize PCB design tools, and design test/interface/uc boards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and guide the design team in executing design verification and validation activities. - Utilize PCB design tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Eagle to develop and modify designs as required. - Design, develop, and test interface and uc boards to meet project requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design outcomes. - Provide technical expertise and support for design-related issues. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in design processes. Skill Requirements: - Proficiency in design verification and validation methodologies. - Expertise in working with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Eagle. - Strong knowledge of test/interface/uc board design techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Prior experience in managing design projects and teams. Certifications: Any relevant certifications in design verification & validation, PCB Design Tool, or related fields are a plus.
