Job Description
- As a Network Engineering Lead at our company, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Cisco ISE, Switching, WIFI NAC, DHCP, and Network operation. Your primary responsibility will be managing the 24x7 Pan India Network Support & Operations. You will collaborate closely with teams from Network Projects, EUS leads, NOC, and other cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improvements in supporting and managing the business. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Overseeing the complete Cisco ISE, DHCP, and campus network, and other platforms in network operation. - Day to day operation, configuration, and implementation knowledge on Cisco ISE, including distributed/HA mode. - Integration of Cisco ISE with database sources such as AD, LDAP, and SQL DB. - Configuring authentication, authorization, and accounting policies for user authentication. - Configuring switches and WLC for user authentication and authorization. - NAC-related policy and configuration. - Configuring policies for authentication relating to EAP-FAST, PEAP, LEAP, and EAP-TLS. - Configuring profiling and posturing for user devices. - Configuring TACACS for device administration. - Training, knowledge transfer, and project documentation. - Designing Cisco ISE solutions based on business requirements. - Developing network access policies and configurations within Cisco ISE. - Proficiency in Cisco networking technologies and security products. - Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols, and best practices. - Hands-on troubleshooting skills on various networking technologies. - Lead crisis/incident event management incidents. - Engage with customers/partners to represent operational concerns/needs. - Manage demands from projects and technology upgrades. - Support adoption of new technologies, recommend capability improvements, and assist in lab/QA deployments. - Ensure information security and risk management are embedded within the culture. - Direct the maintenance of corporate, data center, and cloud networking infrastructure. - Responsible for accurate assessment management of all network devices in CMDB. - Ensure service level targets are met and address all service-level complaints. - Participate in disaster recovery/business continuity activities. - Establish standards and governance in future acquisitions. - Participate in audits, provide information related to network-specific details, and remediate vulnerabilities. - Provide subject matter expertise in interactions with partners and customers. - Mentor technical staff, drive programs to improve effectiveness and efficiency, and manage a high-performing team. - Manage the software lifecycle. **Education Qualification:** - Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA),
