Job Description
- As a Principal Consultant - MES Business Analyst at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting MES go-lives and implementations in Europe. Your dynamic and skilled expertise in SQL, working knowledge of SAP, and hands-on MES experience will be essential for ensuring the success of various projects. Your familiarity with Agile methodologies will enable you to effectively coordinate multiple MES go-lives, provide ongoing support, and drive process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and coordinate multiple MES go-lives, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. - Provide ongoing technical and functional support for MES implementations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability post-implementation. - Leverage SQL for data analysis, system queries, troubleshooting, and optimizing MES-related databases. - Collaborate with SAP teams to integrate MES solutions with ERP systems, including testing, data flow optimization, and issue resolution. - Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure MES project requirements are well-documented, prioritized, and delivered. - Work closely with global teams to gather requirements, align objectives, and deliver effective MES solutions. - Analyze manufacturing workflows and leverage MES to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and operational insights. - Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, workflows, and training materials. - Provide training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of MES solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to support global MES deployments and standardize best manufacturing practices. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA **Preferred Qualifications:** - Self-starter with excellent multitasking and time management skills. - Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and teamwork skills. - Ability to deliver high-quality software solutions with minimal supervision. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Capability to identify solutions to sophisticated security problems. - Outstanding analytical skills to drive technical and commercial solutions effectively.,
