Job Description
We are currently looking for a Team Leader who is both experienced and highly motivated to lead our team towards success. The desired candidate should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, in addition to being highly organized. The focus of the role is to lead and manage a team of professionals to meet and exceed company goals.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of professionals, setting clear goals and targets, and ensuring they are met.
Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to improve their performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
Monitor team performance and take corrective action when necessary to ensure goals are achieved.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of team performance and progress towards goals.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve company-wide objectives.
Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, communicating team goals and progress.
