Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Customer Service Team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate, timely resolutions to queries.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage escalation calls professionally and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Work in rotational shifts within a 12-hour process window (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet daily productivity goals.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
- Graduates are eligible for additional salary benefits.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (must); basic understanding of English required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 3 years) are welcome.
- Part-time shifts (5 hours) available ideal for college students.
- Full-time shifts (9 hours) available for regular positions.
