Job Description

Job Title: Java Lead
Job Location: Logix Cyber Park, Sector-62, Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop/extend critical/framework components whenever required and create proof of concepts for new/unknown requirements/technologies

Conduct code reviews and take the responsibility for overall code quality, coach and mentor team members

Prepare and review Design Documentation, Perform SCM operations branching, merging, tagging, conflict resolution

Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs

Work in an agile environment to design and implement features based on business requirements

Responsible for the overall quality of deliverables across all parameters including functionality, performance, scalability, security, and usability

Provide key inputs to the team for development, and ensure right development methodology is followed

Work autonomously to tackle complex technical issues and ongoing framework enhancements

Study upcoming tools and technologies and use them to improve existing solutions and processes.

Interact with customer to understand business needs

Primary Skill Set:

8-10 years of experience in the Java/J2EE

2+ yrs. of experience in Bigdata technologies including Scala Framework

Understanding of Java web services and Microservice Architectures and design patterns

Experience with multi-tier website development in a Java/J2EE environment

Exp.in AWS, Serverless Programming and must have a very strong exposure of designing architecture in spring and MVC

Good knowledge in Spring, Hibernate and Web services

Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Secondary Skill Set:
